I use to be very involved with sports-track, wrestling, boxing, etc. Once graduate school was over and the real life hit-excerise took a back door to eating out and enjoying life. Decided finally that part of enjoying life it being fit and healthy.

I love working out for numerous reasons. First, I like the way it makes me feel both during and after. Knowing I just killed myself and am working towards my goals continues to motivate. Second, I like the way it makes me look. I didnt like what I saw when I looked in the mirror so I decided to change it. Third, I like how people react when they have seen me in a couple months. That "wow you look good-you've lost a lot of weight" also keeps the motivation strong. Finally, I like knowing that the decisions that I am now making make me a much healthier person both now but also for the long run.
