In 2013, my friend just finished her 12 week workout program and began using this site. She knew I've been wanting to change my body for the better and told me to check it out. That following Monday I started the LIveFit program with Jamie Eason. Since, that day, I have worked out in the gym but yo'yo'd with my diet and I was inconsistent with the workout program. After seeing my honeymoon photos January of 2017, I immediately knew I needed a kick in the butt. I got an IG trainer in January to help me get my diet under control and give me constant workouts. However, she was very poor at responding to check-ins so I went with a different IG trainer (Alaina Grace Fitness) in February and I haven't looked back. She didn't have me on a bro-diet and instead went with the IIFYM approach. I've been working with her ever sense and this experience has been amazing. My diet ended at the end of June and starting July 1st, I am starting to reverse diet to start helping bring on some muscle in the gym.
I love working out because it's a feeling to know you're bettering yourself and making yourself healthier. Also, because I love the feeling knowing I can always do more and push myself harder. How you look after months of your hard work is also a plus!
