In Jan, 2008 i got some Chrome dumbells for my Birthday i started doing bicep curls,I noticed i was getting stronger I also did some pushups and my arms started growing I was excited and wanted more. I never looked at bodybuilding in the sense that of sculpting.
3 months later & and massive biceps, I went to a gym seeing and got a membership. A personal trainer educated me on the muscle groups and what exercises to do, a year later i discovered Bodybuilding.com which has invaluable knowledge of people's experiences, and goals and achievements.
All through bodybuilding i didn't think of it as sculpting or actually looking at how big my arms we're or how big my back/legs etc was, I was just aimed at strength being as strong as I could be. Now I workout everything in porportion trying to achieve perfection, getting as big and as lean as possible.
The reason why i love bodybuilding is because going into the gym releases that stress that builds up during the day you focus all your negative energy into something good. I also love the 'side-effects' you achieve from bodybuilding such as Strength, size and muscle development.
