My weight is a constant battle! I use to be a stick growing up and was constantly made fun of for not having curves. After high school I blew up from partying and fast foods. I decided to join the Air Force but when my recruiter weighed me he told me I was over the max (which was 175) and I had to lose weight. I did it all the wrong way....laxatives had became my best friend and starving was the norm. I lost weight but clearly not the healthy way. I got married shortly after joing the military and all the weight I had dropped came back up QUICK! Two years later my dad was diagnosed with leukemia and I was heading towards a divorce and stress took over my whole persona. I dropped to 135 and turned heads but not for the good. I looked like a sick fragile girl. Again, I gained weight and went back up to 176. I started talking to my co-worker about getting in shape and he started training me. I lost weight and toned down but I wanted more....I wanted to see where my body could go. I changed my whole eating habits. I went from eating decent to 100% pure clean eating and I weigh everything I intake. I absolutely love how I look now. I'm the healthiest I've ever been and I can't see myself going back to processed foods, not even for a cheat meal. Being in the military, image is everything and PT tests can determine your employment status and now that is something I never have to worry about. I have been asked numerous times for advice on nutrition and workout regiments and I must say it feels pretty darn good!
