One day I looked at myself, saw that some of my favorite clothes had become way too small for me, and decided I wanted.. no, NEEDED a life change. I started eating healthier around March, which helped a LOT! But I still wasn't completely healthy with how I looked and how certain clothes were fitting on me. With the help and motivation from a close friend, and my roommate always nagging me to go to the gym with her (lol), I now work out at LEAST once a day! :)

I love the way I feel after a workout. Yes, I'm in pain, but I know what that pain is going to eventually result in. I am determined enough to get to my ultimate weight and strength/stamina goal, so I power through as much of any work out I start!
