I've always had an interest in working out and fitness since the age of 12. I began using milk jugs as my first weights being from a low income family along with body weight resistance. After feeling and seeing a change I was hooked and never quit ever since, I no longer use milk jugs as my weights....lol but knowing that anyone can accomplish a goal with the will to improve, you can find so many ways to train and be healthy, it all starts in the mind, the body will follow.
The biggest reason is for me, it is an emotional, spiritual and mental strengthing tool as well as the physical. Do I like compliments and catching looks now and then? Sure, who doesn't? You work hard at trying to look the best that you can and derserve an occasional pat on the back but I am very modest and mostly do it to self please, to be happy with me. I also love to challenge myself, try to defy age and time for as long as my heart beats and my lungs breathe air, I will do this as long as my body allows me to, it is who I am.
