I have always worked out for sports and intermittently through life, but this is the first time I have focused on diet, supplements, and more specific exercise programs. I saw a bunch of extremely fit people at bodybuilding.com and wanted to be a part of it and improve my life.

I feel 1000 times better when I am in shape. I have more energy, I am more alert, and I tackle everything head-on. Such a great feeling!
