I first started working out for football in high school and have kept an active lifestyle. In May of 2011 I decided to take it to a whole new level and began training for my first body building competition which was on 11/5/11.
Why I Love it
It helps me feel Healthy in Body &amp;amp;amp;amp; Mind by challenging my mind to push my body beyond set limits and not to mention relieve a little stress =) Then continue the favor and help others reap the rewards as well!!!
