I was always a fit guy. I never thought I'd be a "Fat Guy." Then I looked a pic of me with my niece, and I was shocked! I had to have been in some sort of denial, but now I was face-to-face with the truth.
After research into routines and nutrition, I joined a new gym and set my goals.

I like seeing the results you get from hard work. I can't say that I don't enjoy the extra attention that comes with looking good! Haha
Running and lifting are not only my priority, but now my favorite things to do!
