My son took a photo of me and I looked at it and seen my mom in me. She passed away Obese and I'am heading that way. I decided then that I needed to do something now instead of when its to late. That is why I'am here. I want to live to see my grand children.
Both of my parents died of Heart Disease and I want to die of old age.. I need to transform my body and build the fat into muscle.

I love it because when you are done you feel alive and good about yourself. When you start seeing results its a better high then sex. NOT but its right up there..lol
