Around 2013 I was inspired by female fitness competitors like Marzia Prince and Larissa Reis. They looked strong, athletic and graceful, and I wanted to have a lean, curvy body like them. I started training for my first bodybuilding show in 2014. I've competed in nine shows in the USA/Canada and am currently training for my tenth.

Hitting the gym, connecting with my music and body gives me a break from the daily grind. It also has increased my confidence in all areas of my life, and keeps me feeling energetic and happy.
