Started with a friend that was big into lifting and was beginning to do competitions and show. He showed me some of what I know now like different moves and ways around the gym.

Working out really does make me feel good in a few different way. I like the way I look after done lifting and want to get myself bigger. I have always been skinny and want to put on some lean mass to gain weight and confidence.
