I transfered high schools and decided to play Football at my new school. Off-training was currently going on and i decided to start lifting seriously. I have already been lifting at home but nowere near a smart scheduled session.

I love it because it gives me something to do and a reason to eat healthy and stay in shape. Everytime i am working out i feel better about myself, i am doing something i love and also bettering me.
