Earlier, in my 50's I worked out with my son-in-law. More recently, after cancer surgery and chemo, I decided to get back into shape and fitness.
Why I Love it
I feel great, have more energy, and have built up more resistance to illness. At age 83 I still try to work out regularly, but since in recent weeks some of my heart problems have accelerated, I must limit my workouts to lighter weights and less time per workout. So my tracked reports will not show the same amount of weight, etc. Not giving up, though!
