I have been acive all my life. I competed in sports in high school and college at a fairly high level. After college I got lazy and worked out on and off. In February 2009 I looked in the mirror and did not like what I saw. I decided that day that I would start to get back in shape and never back to the way I looked in February 2009.

I love the way it makes me feel and there is nothing like seeing the hard work pay off as you see transormation in your body. I am addicted
