I was at my largest 285 a year after coming out of highschool in 2001. I lost the weight all wrong though. I got down to 170 by hardly eating, and I only did CARDIO. My muscles became non-existent. about 5 years later I started going in the gym -- but again I wasn't properly trained. I gained muscle but not enough. 2 years after that, I began working out again. More disciplined, more knowledgeable, but again..not intense enough. My gains were ok, but I wasn't liking my results or the speed of my results. So now im doing it P90x style and I have never been so sore in my life! I guess I found what i've been looking for!
