I started exercising in middle school to get into better shape. As with many, I was a little on the chubby side in my awkward years and wanted to do something about it. I got more heavily into training during highschool and never looked back. I have gone through many different phases in my life and have currently been working on a holistic whole body approach to powerlifting and movement efficiency.
I love working out for many reasons. The main one being of course looking great naked. But I love the feeling I get when I have kicked the shnitz out of myself. Lately, as I have been working greatly on trying to improve overall range of motion in every motion I have enjoyed going into the gym and seeing the remarkable improvements in my hip and ankle mobility, as well as the drastic improvement I have made on a very damaged left shoulder. I have finally been able to start overhead pressing again. I love helping other people get the same euphoric feeling I get from exercise and healthy eating!
