I'm not new to working out. I used to work out when I was 15-16 y.o, and 23-30 y.o. then a mystery illness (perhaps meningitis) struck which I have overcome using bodybuilding from 37 y.o. up until now, as a tool to regain my health. My road ahead is about rebuilding my body, my mind, and regaining my life back and making a new life and career to enjoy the good things that I hope to share with someone one day.
If you don't have your health you can't enjoy life, a tough lesson I have learned first hand. Health has to come before everything else, you need to have energy and focus if you are to achieve anything in life. Things are tough in this world at the moment, you have to work hard to get and keep what you've earned unless you've been lucky. It's not a matter of getting to a point and thinking you've made it, there is always more to do. Sure, I want to have fun, but I want a stable future, I want to retire well and be able to experience what the world has to offer and still have a place I can go to and call my own, my home. I want a great wife to share in the good things in life, I think being healthy and bodybuilding will help me achieve those goals in my personal life and in my career.
