I was first introduced to the world of weightlifting through football. I never really followed any particular regiment, until the summer before my senior year of high school. I will never forget the day my coach approached me and simply said, "If you want to start, you're going to have to get bigger." So that summer I followed every workout to a t and seen the results. Ever since high school, continuing to train has been an up and down battle for me, but I am hooked again with a goal set. I am not going to stop until I reach it.
I love working out for the results, simply put. I love to set new goals and barriers for myself, and I enjoy shattering those goals even more. There is no better sense of accomplishment, in my opinion, than achieving something you once thought was unachievable. I love to push myself, and working out allows me the perfect opportunity to do so.
