I used to be big into working out (didn't we all), we moved to a small town and had children and quite frankly fell off the wagon. Once Anytime Fitness was built in our town it was easy to get back in the gym. It was pretty easy to get back into the gym, especially because it is something my wife and I enjoy together.

I enjoy the typical bulk and cut cycle. Enjoy the strength gains of the bulk, but understand the need to keep it lean. What I love most is the constant goal setting.
