Started working out when I turned 20 and realized I could not eat whatever I wanted anymore and not gain weight. Starting lifing more weights in 2003 then injured my shoulder (going too heavy and not lifting properly). within the past 2 months began lifting more and seeing results!
Why I Love it
I used to be a cardio freak and switching over to weight lifting 4 days a week and cardio 1 day a week has been awesome! Currently studying for my Certified Personal Trainer cert, which I hope to have by the end of May. I look to help and inspire others!
