I have always done some type of physical activity, but never really ate the way I should. I did classes for years: Kickboxing, Yoga, Zumba. My diet consisted of alot of carbs, some protein and too much sugar. Then I found BB.com Dec/Jan2014. I started slow but sure to change diet. I cut out most of the bad sugar and started having less and less bread/pasta. Joined Bodyspace and got involved in the challenges they have. Started lifting weights and learned so much more about nutrition and supplements. It has been an exciting continually journey.
As far as working out I just love it. I am naturally hyper and have to burn the extra energy; besides the fact that it feels great after a workout. I love the feeling of lifting weights. I love the look of a defined muscle. Its been a while since I can honestly say I have seen that. I also have discovered after talking with many people, I work out because I really enjoy it; alot of people work out because they feel they have too.
