I got started working out after the birth of my second child because well the weight just didn't want to come back off. Since then I have struggled continuously to keep weight off. I have used everything from workout videos to now bodybuilding.com to get most of my information and daily workouts. I started adding weights to my routines a couple years ago because although i was losing weight pretty steadily I still had a soft look and really no strength. I now look forward to starting the journey all over again and never looking back. I have done the yoyo a million times and am over it. No looking back this time!

I love working out because the rush of endorphins is just amazing. I feel like I can get so much more accomplished everyday if I get that workout in. I have way more energy and feel so much better.
