I had a massage therapist tell me that my back pain was a result of a weak core. Then I was dating someone who would lift free weights at home. This journey has been a compilation over many years. Being strong is all that matters now.

It reduces my pain. Nothing makes me feel more capable and confident then being as strong as the guys or for that matter outlasting them .
