I always wanted to be bigger and stronger, for as long as I can remember. One day my brother and I went down to the local Y and started lifting. It's been downhill ever since.

To be able to change your body, and realize that you have full control over it is an amazing feeling. I love helping other people out with their workouts and diets too.
