At the start it was solely because I wanted to get chicks and impress people by getting bigger. I joined a gym with a friend who didn't know anything more than I did at the time, which was not much. I had a friend who lifted a lot and recommend me to go onto bodybuilding.com and since then I haven't looked back.

I love bodybuilding because of the mental and physical challenges it gives me. It has given me a ton of confidence in myself and has given me a much better perspective on how to push myself.
