For the last few years, I've been inconsistent with my workouts, but I vow to change that! I've always loved working out, but over the years I began to put myself last and focus on everyone else. I'm a wife and mother of four, and I ready to focus on myself to become a more healthier me.

I love working out because it feels good and I look good when I do.
