I started competing for pageants mid-2012 and decided to start going to the gym and follow a strict diet in Oct 2012. It wasn't until late Dec 2012/early Jan 2013 that I decided to get serious with a regular trainer that provides me every meal and training with a detailed diet/exercise plan tailored to my body type/goal.

I had to completely change my lifestyle from desserts every meal to lean protein and 0 sodium, 0 workout to gym every day. It's still a working progress, but within the short timeframe of just two months or so I can already see definition.

I love to surprise people when I break the stereotype of the typical stick - skinny Asian girl who never goes to the gym. Plus I feel confident in a bikini!
