been a fan of Greg Plitt since i started hitting the weight room seriously in spring 2012. When i found his MFT28 program, I really wanted to go through it. in the beginning it was just using some of his workouts. In May I influenced my cousin to go all the way through the MFT28 with me. He couldn't make, and I can barely keep up with the morning workouts.
Given through, just the matter of the 3.5 weeks i have gone through, I have seen SIGNIFICANT gains in my physic.
I think its the adrenaline rush, but not only that, its a feeling of accomplishment when i wake up at 6am to hit the gym and do something that most cant even consider in waking up in the morning. I have a family of 3 so it makes it extremely hard to find the time to hit the gym in the afternoons and evenings. When I hit the gym in the mornings though---i am really pumped! Its my time, my time to change the way i was to a better man; mentally and physically.
Recently found out that working out and lifting weights is a natural anti-depressant. Just FYI
