Ive always been into fitness but mainly running or something that kept me in shape. I would do anything from the standard pushups and situps in my bedroom late at night. I loved the feeling of doing something better for my body. As soon as i moved out of my parents house i was determined to take fitness to a new level. I ran miles around my town. I always kept this up. I graduated high school and set out to find my own place to rent and a place that would hold a self built gym i could build. I did the basics here and there with simple dumbbells. I slowly saved any penny i had to buy more fitness equipment and in the last two years ive been able to acquire more. Lifting heavy and taking it to the next level. Its taken a great deal of effort to stick with it but now that i have found the tools i need to succeed there is no telling what my future will consist of. Im still learning as i go but ive come very far in learning so much about fitness and nutrition. Ive had many times that i would let many life situations stop my fitness goals but ive taken the right steps to avoid the negative and move forward without looking back. fitness has made me stronger then ever.
It gives me peace and full control over what i choose to do to my body. Ive exceeded limits that i did not think i was capable of. Every time i work out i know its because its who i am. I love the feeling of getting the results i get from hard work. I want to inspire people and set an example for my younger siblings. So they too will know anything is possible.
