I started going gym in back 2008, I won't say that I started Bodybuilding ! It was just for fun and i was a teenager who was fascinated from phyisue which were shown on TV and to impress others i joined the gym.
At that time I didn't know how important is right nutrition and supplementation is! I used to eat like an average person i.e. 3 meals a day which were full of fats and in a week atlest 3 times I used to have fast food or sometimes more than that !! What I used to do was DIRTY BULKING and i guess i was happy with it that time. i didnt know when to eat what eat !! I never focused on the amount of nutrition i required and what i was eating.
Supplementation which plays a vital role in bodybuilding was a vodoo for me that time. I was having many myths about supplementation and used to think that it can be a harmful shortcut ! and because of these myths I never tried.
There was motivation but its was all "short term motivation". I used to go gym 4 to 5 days in a week and used to skip legs day most of the time. I never tracked my progess. I never bothered to learn the correct technique.
I was totally on the wrong track, Then in year 2012 i found bodybuilding.com read articles and gradually got the knowledge from it. I corrected things in myself and still doing !!
