After always being fit, playing soccer my entire life, boxing for over 7 years, i got into an unhealthy relationship. I stayed in that for about 2 years and really lost myself. I ballooned in wait to about 97kg at 30% body fat. I got started training, Just under 2 years ago after splitting with an ex. I realised i had let myself go, got into that comfort zone lol. Looking back it was probably the reason things ended, but in hind site, it was a blessing, because i love training now, and enjoy it more each day with everything new i learn.
Why I Love it
I love training because with every goal reached it just pushes me more and more. I love bing in the gym, i love getting a pump on, i love the positive attitudes on people there which continues to inspire myself.
