I had always played basketball since i was a kid but since college started i dropped it. Anyways,I started college and started to eat a lot of junk food but mostly Chinese food every two or three times a week. When i started college i was weighting 155lbs, after 4 months of eating whatever i could i went to a store and stepped on a balance and ,even though I'm an ectomorph(hard gainer), I was weighting 170lbs and about 14% of body fat. In that moment I noticed I needed to do something. After a month of adjusting my nutrition I started to workout and drop my weight to 165lbs of and about 9% of body fat.
Bodybuilding is not a hobby or just something else is a way of living, living the healthiest way we can. It's an output outlet to your anger, to your pain, to your daily stresses, it's a way to change your and others life. While working out you can break through mental barriers and reach goals you once thought you couldn't reach. I love it because we can push your body and mind beyond the point of being uncomfortable and get to the point of exhaustion. "Uncomfortable is your body quitting while exhaution is reaching that point when you dig down you know you did everything in your power, that there wasn't one more thing you could had done"-MuscleProdgigyTV.
