I didn't like my appearance. At >25% body fat, i looked chubby, obese and was borderline diabetic. I needed a change. So, that's how i started taking care of myself.

I really don't need to explain this. The moment you start taking care of yourself, you start to know yourself and embrace your individuality. You start to love yourself. Working out is my prime way to connect with my body.
