I needed to lose weight after having a baby. After going to the gym for several months without a clear plan I started to feel discouraged. About 3 weeks into this plan I met another guy who was also completing the same program. After a while we became workout partners, and once we were done with Stoppani's plan we went on to complete Kris Gethin's 12 week Muscle Building program. I lost about 27 lbs, and I look and feel great. Now I'm the one at the gym telling people to get a program from Bodybuilding.com and stick it out.
