After giving birth to my fourth child in 2008, I realized that some of the weight had lingered and I needed to make a change. In 2009 I started my weight lost journey and lost 25 lbs. From 2009 until July 2010, I managed to keep the weight off without any structured training or routine. Why I Love it
Everyday I look forward to going to the gym; it's almost like this new found love. I am pleased with the results so far, but I am definitely pushing for more. When I leave the gym I am exhausted, but I leave feeling strong, knowing I push myself and gave it my all...and I love it!
