I was always athletic, I did plenty of sports in high school including cheerleading and contact sports. After high school it kinda all slipped away and my flexibility and strength went away although my strength in my calves remained, I guess that benefited me for running although I absolutely hate running outside. I eventually would like to get back into it but thats not now. There is many people that I follow or am friends on here that are actually my inspiration and support that have kept me going and have motivated to continue in fitness.
I love Body Building / Working Out Because I love seeing a change in myself. I also love being able to try new things every day. Having the ability to go to the gym to get away from problems or even just go outside and run when i get upset or stressed is something that I am glad to be able to do. I am prepared to do my best to push myself this year to see more changes in myself then In the last few months of starting at the gym.
