In January 2011 my husband joined BB.com he really got motivated to work out and thus so did I. Between Jan 2011 and May 2011 I went from 189lbs down to 157lbs.... I felt Awesome. I was very happy with my body and how I felt physically, then he started working out of town, and...Summer hit and I completely stopped working out :(
We both did.
Now, it's time to get back into the healthy, workout routine again and keep that life style, we both felt so much better when we were working out and eating healthy.
I have several reasons I love working out.... The way I feel, more energy, healthier, not bloated:) physically I feel great, but I can't lie:) What I really love is that it's the thing me and my husband enjoy so much together. We work out every day together and it's really our way of connecting while doing something we both love.
