suprailliac-10 to 11mm
abdominal-16 to 18mm
pectoral-9 to 10mm
thigh- 11mm
11% body fat

Bodybuilding is a metaphor for life. It isn't easy to eat healthy, keep up on a diet, or push heavy weights. Failure hurts, and can propel you to give up. But no matter the temptation to quit, you gotta keep going. You gotta keep growing and getting stronger. You can blame others or circumstance, but at the end of the day it's you who's gotta lift that weight. Sin can be tempting too, but Jesus gives me strength. I can fight back, push through the pain, and persevere. Each passing day I must get stronger...
