I am on track to build up muscle and lose body fat. My long term goal is to be the healthiest I have been as well as have a body that I am not embarrassed about while laying out by the pool! The question on this is how I got started working out, and that answer is that it stems from football and now in my adult life, this is a stress reliever.

I love working out because one, you get around other people who are on the same road as you are or a similar track. People who go to the gym are genuinely happy and I love that. I love how working out makes me feel and look. I haven't been using this website as consistently as I would like, so I have decided to make a commitment to connect more often with others and share my journey.
