I was always a sporty girl. I danced a classic ballet, figure scating and was aerobic instructor in its hey-days. I played tennis, voleiball, badminton, I did swimming, scating and skiing. I still can do all that stuff.
My problem was to loose that last 10lb.
my weight was in summer 125, in winter -130lb. Jogging, power yoga, pilates can do nothing for me. Yes, they keep me in shape, flexible and good health, but loosing those 10lb -NO WAY FOR 30 YEARS!!!
I started looking elsewere, and found this website. It took me just 6 months to get off 12 lb. I am hooked to the pics, motivation, nutrition and workout samples. At first, I looked in the Fitness magazine, but tell you now they are too simple, no challenge for my body. Thanks, god! i found a community of the real people with real goals. By the way, people have real nice bodies.
I like to stay fit and trimmed. I like to try on any cute clothes and feel it fit. It help me to be always in good mood, be healthy and able to accomplish everything I set my mind to. I am woman I want to look great at the beach and in the office.
