I've always been a bit on the small side due to my high metabolism and it has always bothered me. I didn't really get serious about working out or developing my body until after I had surgery done on my right knee. My wife was afraid that I would develop arthritis at a young age and that would cause the rest of me to grow weaker sooner rather than later. So one day, I decided that I was going to really try to improve myself and see what happens and before I knew it became a way of life for me.
Every since I started doing this I have become such an advocate for fitness that I've gotten several people that I work with really involved as well. I love the feeling of getting through a hard set or maxing out on reps and the way my body feels when I truly put in some serious work is beyond compare. I love that my own quest for improvement has somehow spread to those around me from my co-workers to my wife and kids. Each one of them inspires me to push further and get stronger everyday.
