I been up and down, trying to get that body that everyone dreams of but only a few actually wake up to make that dream come true. I been experimenting, following tips from here and there and some have worked others have just been really true life experiences. Everything started back in high school when the chunky always gets criticized, always made fun of. I ran across BODYBUILDING.com and started reading, learning motivating myself. Most of all I started to switch the way I used to think, about me, about how I ate, about EVERYTHING! I looked in the mirror and looking straight, deep into my eyes THAT'S IT!! From then on I grew a pack of BALLS, (cause that's what will make you!) and started hitting the gym, eating quality over quantity and dreaming big, REALLY BIG!!.
I love BodyBuilding not just for vanity purposes but because I like setting the example to my prompt family and those who are mostly always around me. Since I started learning about Nutrition and learned that you can LIVE LONGER just by adjusting what you eat I had my parents get into it too. Which is my main motivation, to see them live what the Lord really has for them in store. Setting the example for my future children is a must. I like how working out makes you strong, makes you feel good in body, mind and spirit. There has been times when I walk into the gym with a frown and walked out cheesin' it, even during some tough times in my life which is priceless. The Gym after my bedroom are my favorite and most sacred places.
