When I was 7 years old my dad bought a used weight bench set from a coworker. I remembered seeing this contraption in WWF magazines that I would flip through and my dream than was to be just as strong as Hulk Hogan. Every evening before dinner I would BEG my mom to let me go outside and workout, sometimes it worked sometimes it didn't. At 10 years old I remember the rush I would get when my 15 year old neighbor would come over and I would bench press 3x what he could bench press. I was always the strongest person in my class up until high school. I think the reason those guys were stronger than me is because it was my freshman year and they were Jr's that played football "lol". So yeah, I think I have seen a few workout stations in my day.
The burning sensation that I get in my muscles the day after a workout is like a high to me. Every time I workout I push to achieve this feeling. Its like an alarm or something of that nature which lets me know that my body is reacting to what I am putting it trough. When I workout I jump into this zone where the only thing that matters is beating the goals that I beat last time. I just love it.
