Training for tough mudder, freeletics, horse riding, circuits, I like to walk at least 10 miles a day, sometimes I wonder if I even lift and then I remember my son weighs 11kg and the pram weighs 15kg and I think damn I lug that **** all over the place up & down steps one in each hand...I lift....
