I got started when I was about 19 years old. I drew myself away from a crowd that was doing drugs, going to raves and just all out partying all the time. I reached a point where I needed a change in several different ways.
I becamse a loner with nearly no friends for almost 18 months. No drugs, no raves, no partying. Instantly I got a gym membership and got to the point of going to the gym 6 days a week for 2-3 hours a day. I didn't get ripped but I no longer had man boobs and had real deffinition all over.
Fast forward - I got married and got rid of the gym membership. I let go...... I gained 6" on my waist and got up to 232 at my heaviest, or a few more pounds as I wasn't weighing myself all the time.
Fast forward 10 years - With no intention of loosing weight I stopped drinking soda cold turkey and drank about a gallon a day of water. Within 3 days there was a cleaning of my body. Withing a few weeks I lost 10-15 pounds. After that I was obsessed. I'm eating healthy and in a way feel like I'm eating more than ever before but just in a healthy way. It's amazing the feeling when you get to the point where you know your body so well that you know what to eat and what not to eat and how any little thing with effect you.
I am my own motivation and I'm not stopping! Gone from 38" waist to a slim 34. I would love to get to a 32" waist (where I was at when I was 22) but I'm not so worried about it at this point. My main goal is to life and get bigger. I don't wanna be a pro, I just want to look like the guys in the "Physique" contests. I want to be my wifes trophy!!!
I will not give up! I will do this! My tranformation is not comlete.
