I have been lifting on and off since I was in high school. I would be dedicated for a year or two and then slack off. In 2015 I received some news about my health that I was not excited to hear. So, I became dedicated to making changes. Since then and to this day I continue to work to achieve new goals. I quietly set them, celebrate when I hit them and then quietly reset. I love setting new goals and then driving to achieve them! Everyone talks about hitting "Beast mode". I have a number of goals that I consider "Building a beast" I'm not interested in a certain "mode" or a workout here or there. I want to live in "beast mode". In my profession, being physically fit can sometimes mean the difference between life and death. I have people that I have promised to always come home to. I will continue to "build the beast" so that I can always do everything in my physical power to keep that promise!
