I got started when my weight got up to 298. I was tired, tired just after tying my shoes and not being able to walk fast or far. My husband would have to slow down for me to catch up to him or just wait for me. So then I just decided to finally do some thing about it. I knew I would need help so I found my trainer, now my good friend. He as helped me along the way to this point. Before I did things because he said so. Now I do things because I want to challenge myself and see what I can do.
I've always loved Bodybuilding. I wanted to do something like this when I was younger but there was no support. I was told you can't do that, you're too big. So naturally I didn't try. I just keep my head down. then when I was told there's no reason why I can't do it and with the support of my friends, I'm on my way. I love to workout to get past the last point I was at, always improving myself and accomplishing what I thought I couldn't do.Then when I do it its such a great feeling. Bodybuilding/working out is a whole new world. Its a great place to be with like minded people. I feel like can do anything.
