In the past year I started lifting weights. before just the cardio because like most women we fear of getting all big and bulky. Well I had do some reading and learned that the only way I would get bulky was if I was having some help (juice) lol. Started lifting and felt great. After awhile I noticed the scale numbers going up, decided to hide the scale. With in a month my body had changed so much just from weight lifting. Loved the way I looked! July 2012 got ill and had to stop lifting doc put me on a steroid med gained 15lbs in not time. Meds that I was on attacked my tendons and joints so even longer down time for lifting. Recently started back up feeling great. Now have to get this weight off! I have decided i would like to start figure or bikini competitions! It will be tough with two children, and a full time job and my husband working a different shift so like a single parent during the week. But I feel I have it in me! And my husband as a wonderful support system! WISH ME LUCK ;)
