I am naturally a short small sturctured person so my body isnt made to support heavy weight. In high school I was on the heavier side and when I graduated I decide I wanted to be healthier & look better. I started with just doing taebo 2 hrs a day 3-4 times a week and then started going to the gym. However as time went by I got married, and we couldnt afford the gym so I started to gain weight. For the past year,I have maintained a healthier life style but have just recetly got back in the working out mode. I want to be even healthier than before! My goal is to be stronger for not only myself but my husband and any children we will have.
Sometimes it feels like with all that I do in a day, working out is the only thing that stays constant! I know that when I get to the gym I become so focused and so driven to become fit its like a different part of me has kicked into gear.I love knowing that I can control my workout, that I can sculpt myself not anyone else.
